1.Read the installation instructions carefully before installing the positioner. Install the positioner according to the described installation requirements. Please note some installation key points. For example, confirm the initial position of the positioner or the feedback shaft of the remote - type sensor before installation. Do not rotate the feedback shaft by 360° during the installation process. For conventional straight - travel positioners, ensure that the upper plane of the positioner casing is at a right angle to the main shaft of the valve. Within the valve stroke range, the rotation angle of the positioner feedback rod meets the installation requirements.
2.After installing the positioner on the valve, connect the air source and electrical wiring. Ensure that the air source pressure can fully open the valve. Input a 4 - 20mA signal to energize the positioner.
3.When the positioner is powered on, the system is in an uninitialized state before the initialization function is completed. The display indication is NOINI, and the interface first displays the percentage value of the sensor.

Product Overview
The CN8000 series intelligent electro - pneumatic valve positioners are used in conjunction with pneumatic actuators. They receive a 4 - 20mA DC current signal from the automatic control system to obtain the valve position control set - point. Meanwhile, they collect the signal from the position sensor to get the actual valve position. Through the computational processing of the control software for these two values, they control the air intake and exhaust of the pneumatic actuator, driving the valve position to reach the set - point.
