Precautions for vacuum pressure reducing valves?
1.The pressure reduction principle of vacuum pressure reducing valves is similar to that of pressure reducing valves for positive pressure. What is reduced is the pressure at the set port, not the pressure generated by the generator itself.
2.For working conditions where the transported workpiece requires a large flow rate, IRV cannot be used, because IRV itself has a relatively small flow rate and cannot meet large-flow occasions.
3.IRV needs to suck in air during operation, so small generators with low own flow rate cannot be used.
4.IRV needs to frequently suck in air for pressure reduction, so it cannot be used in occasions with dust, water vapor, etc.
5.IRV cannot maintain pressure. Once the vacuum at the inlet disappears, the set vacuum pressure at the outlet will also disappear.
6.Because it is a mechanical structure, frequent pressure fluctuations at the outlet or inlet will cause the set pressure to drift. If the pressure drift affects the use of the equipment, please reset the pressure regularly.
