Instructions for Use
①Please install an air filter.
Install the air filter close to the upstream of the valve.
Please select an air filter with a filtration precision of 5μm or less.
②Please set up an aftercooler, air dryer, water collection tank, etc.
Compressed air containing a large amount of condensed water will cause malfunction of valves and other pneumatic equipment. Therefore, please take measures such as installing an aftercooler, air dryer, and water collection tank.
③If a large amount of carbon powder is produced, please install an oil mist separator at the upstream position of the valve to remove the carbon powder.
If a large amount of carbon powder is generated from the air compressor, the carbon powder will adhere to the inside of the valve, leading to malfunction.
④Regarding polarity
This solenoid valve has no +/- polarity.
⑤Applying voltage
When making electrical connections to the solenoid valve, please do not get the applied voltage wrong. Otherwise, it may cause malfunction or coil burnout.
⑥Low-frequency use
To prevent malfunction, switch the valve once every 30 days. (Please note the air source.)
⑦Manual operation
If operated manually, the connected device will start.
Please confirm safety before proceeding with the operation.
Operating Environment
①Do not use in environments with corrosive gases, chemicals, seawater, water, or water vapor, or in places where the aforementioned substances adhere.
②Do not use in environments with flammable gases or explosive gases; otherwise, it may cause fire or explosion. This product does not have an explosion-proof structure.
③Do not use in places where vibration or impact may occur.
④When exposed to sunlight, protection such as a protective cover should be used.
⑤If there is a heat source nearby, heat insulation measures should be taken.
⑥If in a place where water droplets, oil, or spatter generated during welding adhere, appropriate protective measures should be taken.
⑦If the solenoid valve is installed in a control box, appropriate heat dissipation measures should be taken to ensure that the valve temperature remains within the specified range.

Q: Is the connector in British or Metric system? What is the difference between PT, NPT, and G threads?
A: The G thread is cylindrical and does not seal itself, requiring additional gaskets to prevent leakage. PT and NPT are conical, and the internal and external threads become tighter and tighter when tightened. Sealing is achieved through the deformation of the threads, and sealant or tape is usually used in conjunction to enhance the sealing effect
G-thread is a cylindrical straight pipe used for non sealed connections; PT thread is a conical tube that relies on the deformation and sealing of the thread itself; NPT is also a conical tube with a tooth profile angle of 60 degrees, mainly used in North America
