Performance and characteristics

. Also known as the positive displacement, pressure relief action type, is driven by the lubrication pump pressure oil measurement within the piston, put the oil in the tank meanwhile indicating stretched out, when the system after unloading, Piston under the action of the spring will let indoor to lubrication oil forced pressure points, indication rod back at the same time.

. System must be intermittent work, and the supporting lubricating pump must have the function of unloading

. Lubrication pump in one working day cycle, each of the oil outlet oil only once, and no impact of displacement with the measurement of the distance between each other is far,close,down,high,down,lying or stand.

. Accurate measurement, action quick, oil discharge unobstructed, check valve to prevent the reverse flow

Selection considerations

Discharge of oil specification, standard of SZLFG unloading type quantitative distributor in each of the oil port of discharge, same specification as three outlet each discharge is 0.2L, code number is SZLFG3-2

. If the oil port of discharge quantity to be different, when you order it from left to right (as shown in figure location) indicate each oil port of discharge type (example)

Q: Is the connector in British or Metric system? What is the difference between PT, NPT, and G threads?

A: The G thread is cylindrical and does not seal itself, requiring additional gaskets to prevent leakage. PT and NPT are conical, and the internal and external threads become tighter and tighter when tightened. Sealing is achieved through the deformation of the threads, and sealant or tape is usually used in conjunction to enhance the sealing effect

G-thread is a cylindrical straight pipe used for non sealed connections; PT thread is a conical tube that relies on the deformation and sealing of the thread itself; NPT is also a conical tube with a tooth profile angle of 60 degrees, mainly used in North America

Q: How to convert pressure units: MPa, bar, psi, kg/cm ²?

Q:What usually causes the burnout of solenoid valve coils?
