Performance and characteristics
Lubrication pump with controls or PLC host controlled by their work time and rest time
Rated working pressure 1.0MPa : Sets the overflow valve, prevent oil pump overload
With functions of unloading : Stop working after removing the oil pressure in the system is in charge of road, mainly used in the quantitative type (pressure type or unloading type) thin oil lubrication oil supply system
With a low oil level transmission device (normally open 10W/100VDC/0.5A), lack of oil tank can be signal output
Equipped with check valve, can prevent backflow of discharged oil
With a low oil level transmission device (normally open AC220V/2A DC36V/2A), lack of oil tank can be signal output (optional parts)
Pump pressure switch can be configured (normally open), to monitor the lubrication system main oil line block and the pressure loss (optional parts)

Q: Is the connector in British or Metric system? What is the difference between PT, NPT, and G threads?
A: The G thread is cylindrical and does not seal itself, requiring additional gaskets to prevent leakage. PT and NPT are conical, and the internal and external threads become tighter and tighter when tightened. Sealing is achieved through the deformation of the threads, and sealant or tape is usually used in conjunction to enhance the sealing effect
G-thread is a cylindrical straight pipe used for non sealed connections; PT thread is a conical tube that relies on the deformation and sealing of the thread itself; NPT is also a conical tube with a tooth profile angle of 60 degrees, mainly used in North America
