Function: It is in the exhaust state, allowing the gas with a pressure higher than the regulated pressure to be discharged from the relief port after pressure regulation, so as to ensure that the current pressure is stabilized within the regulated pressure range. If blocked, the pressurization will become the intake pressure, and there will be no regulation effect.
The working principle of the rotary valve (RZ000 series): The medium flows into the valve plate from the inlet side through the fixed orifice. The fixed orifice on the valve plate acts as a nozzle on the air chamber of cavity B of the valve seat. Through the pressure change, the force exerted by the valve seat on the valve plate, the force of the inflowing gas acting on the valve plate, and the closing force of the valve plate spring are balanced. At the same time, it acts on diaphragm A and balances with the acting force on the diaphragm to adjust the set pressure. Once the set pressure is too high, diaphragm A is activated, the distance between the valve seat and the valve disc increases, the pressure of the valve disc decreases, and the gap between the valve seat and the valve disc becomes larger and larger. The exhaust port opens to quickly discharge the pressurized gas on the inlet side. In this nozzle-flapper type guiding mechanism, the pressure deviation is detected, thus enabling precise pressure regulation.
