VRDE Type Two-Way Hydraulic Lock Valve Industry Valve
The hydraulic three-way shuttle valve is mainly used as a reversing valve to control the flow of hydraulic oil to different oil ways by changing the position of the valve core, so as to realize the action conversion of the hydraulic actuator. It is widely used in the hydraulic system requiring control direction or switching function, such as the control of various hydraulic machinery, automatic production lines and test equipment.
Basic functions and principles
Reversing function: the core function of the three-way shuttle valve is to realize the reversing of the hydraulic oil flow, that is, control the hydraulic oil to switch the flow direction between different oil ways.
Valve core control: when the internal valve core (usually driven by handle or electric device) is in different positions, different oil circuits will be connected or disconnected, so as to change the connection between main oil circuit and branch oil circuit.
Field of application
Hydraulic machinery: in various hydraulic power machinery, the three-way shuttle valve is used to control the expansion and contraction of the oil cylinder and the steering of the hydraulic motor, so as to realize the conversion of various actions, such as the bucket action switch of the excavator.
Automatic control: in the automatic production line, the three-way shuttle valve can cooperate with other control elements to realize the sequence control of a series of actions such as workpiece clamping, feeding and positioning.
Test equipment: On some hydraulic test benches, the three-way shuttle valve can be used to switch different test loops for various performance tests.
Aircraft hydraulic system: As one of the various valves in the aircraft hydraulic system, the three-way shuttle valve is used on the aircraft to control the action of various hydraulic drive components, such as the retraction and retraction of the landing gear.

A: The G thread is cylindrical and does not seal itself, requiring additional gaskets to prevent leakage. PT and NPT are conical, and the internal and external threads become tighter and tighter when tightened. Sealing is achieved through the deformation of the threads, and sealant or tape is usually used in conjunction to enhance the sealing effect
