1, Principle and structure
The MS-T50 (exquisite) pressure switch/pressure controller has a built-in piston connected to a spring. When the pressure changes, the amount of spring expansion and contraction changes accordingly. When the pressure reaches the set value, it will trigger the preset mechanical structure and send out a switch signal.
2, Characteristics
The MS-T50 (exquisite) pressure switch/controller has a compact structure, uses DN standard plugs, is easy to wire, and has a wide measurement range. High overload capacity, high repeatability, specific normally open or normally closed contacts, gold-plated contacts, large contact capacity. Can be used for measuring water and oil pressure.

9, Adjustment method
**Step: Use a screwdriver to loosen the fixing nut of the protective cover and remove the protective cover and female plug (do not rotate the Husman connector left and right when removing to avoid breaking the internal circuit).

Step 2: Adjust the size of the pressure switch point with a screwdriver as shown in the diagram, increasing it clockwise and decreasing it counterclockwise.

Q: Is the connector in British or Metric system? What is the difference between PT, NPT, and G threads?
A: The G thread is cylindrical and does not seal itself, requiring additional gaskets to prevent leakage. PT and NPT are conical, and the internal and external threads become tighter and tighter when tightened. Sealing is achieved through the deformation of the threads, and sealant or tape is usually used in conjunction to enhance the sealing effect
G-thread is a cylindrical straight pipe used for non sealed connections; PT thread is a conical tube that relies on the deformation and sealing of the thread itself; NPT is also a conical tube with a tooth profile angle of 60 degrees, mainly used in North America
